The management of JCI Construction Management, LLC have been general contractors in the state of Ohio since 1979. We
have over 80 years of combined experience in the field and have
completed projects in multiple states including: Ohio, Pennsylvania,
New York, Missouri, Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Virginia, West Virginia,
Maryland, Iowa, Wyoming, South Carolina and Florida.
Some of the projects we have completed include hotels, mid-rise apartment
buildings, office complexes, restaurants (both new construction and
renovation), shopping malls, strip malls, medical offices, church
renovations, conference centers, commercial and residential elevator installations, custom
homes, major residential remodels and historic restorations.
We have partnered with Ascenture Hotel Group to offer you complete hotel construction and management
services.
We

Management Team
Charles
K. Booth, President
Charles has worked in the construction field for 49 years and has completed a great number of projects in Ohio and 13
other states. Work responsibilities have included overall operation
as a General Contractor for mid-rise apartment buildings, hotel construction, conference centers, offices
complexes, upscale homes, restaurant construction, shopping malls,
strip stores and medical offices. The construction spanned from the
ground up to rehabilitation of existing buildings. He has also worked
as a consultant for attorneys and engineers on various projects representing
clients and financial institutions.
Brian E. Booth, Vice President
Brian has worked in the construction field for 27 years,
with work responsibilities ranging from field supervision as a general
contractor for mid-rise apartment buildings, office complexes, upscale
homes, restaurant and hotel construction, shopping malls, conference centers, strip stores and medical
offices.
Roman P. Paich, Vice President
Roman has worked in the construction industry for 24 years, involved in a variety of projects from ground up as well as rehabilitation of existing buildings. Roman has experience working as a general contractor for mid-rise apartment buildings, hotels, office complexes, upscale homes, restaurant construction, shopping malls, strip stores, medical offices and conference centers.
