At JCI Construction Management, our management plan is to work with each client to guarantee an open line of communication and client satisfaction. We work hand-in-hand with our clients, architects and engineers to value engineer all projects. All document specifications are reviewed in order to ensure short-term and long-term savings for future quality and maintenance items. We will qualify all sub-contractor proposals and contract documentation for the scope of work.

Mandatory weekly meetings will be held with all contractors to create and maintain a seamless project schedule to ensure timely completion of each project.
